Held on the anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan in 1966. We remember the sacrifices of those who died and say thank you to almost 60,000 Australians who served during the 10 years of Australia's involvement in the Vietnam War.

On 25 April 1915, ANZACs set out to capture the Gallipoli peninsula against Turkish forces defending their homeland. Both side sides suffered horrendous casualties. Today, ANZAC day commemorates all those who have served, and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, in all military conflicts.
